Q: How much time in advance do I need to contact you in order to book you for an event?
A: All Smiles Studio prefers at least 2 weeks ahead of time for bookings.
Q: For an event what do I need to provide when booking?
A: Please provide the date, times and location of the event as well as a contact number. Upon arrival please have 3 chairs set up and payment ready.
Q: If the event runs long do I need to pay the additional time?
A: All Smiles Studio can accommodate extra time depending on the circumstance. Our goal is to get through as many caricatures in the time booked for as possible. When booking consider the amount of people that will want to be drawn and we can make a recommendation for how many hours to hire us for.
Q: Do you draw face and body caricatures at events?
A: All Smiles Studio no longer draws face and body caricatures at events.
Q: How long does it take to complete a gift caricature?
A: Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Depending on the complexity of the gift, times may vary.
Q: Is shipping included in the cost of the gift caricature?
A: Yes, shipping and handling is included in the cost.
Q: Do I get a proof of the caricature before it's sent to me?
A: Yes, you will receive a proof. At that point you are to review the proof and provide 1 set of revisions.
Q: When and how do I pay for the gift caricature?
A: Payment must be received before the caricature print is shipped. At this time, we accept personal checks. We are working to provide alternative payment methods.
